ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Dr. Oliver Gausmann
Pulled towards aviation since he was a teen, Dr. Oliver Gausmann’s understanding of the need to be aware of multiple facets at the same time—from the aircraft to weather, the landscape, and humans—drew him to seek the intersections of fields.
With a background in economics and a PhD in technology, his first projects in digital transformations were for supply chain management for brands like Fujitsu and Mercedes, before serving the gaming industry and building & managing a commodity business that was sold to S&P Global.
While on the outside, things looked wildly different, the underlying tech—and the need to bridge its solutions for the fundamentals of a business—were always the same. Living in that intersection between technology and business, Oliver leads Convios SPARK in turning the problems faced by organizations into transformations, reimagined with AI.
